The tools are here and they are very good. Everywhere I have worked people underuse them, not out of laziness and not for lack of appetite, but because it is very easy to believe you have got the hang of a tool when you have not.
What I sell is building agents that become a second brain, responsive, and that actually make a team faster. Harnesses have converged, they are roughly equivalent today, and the gap between two teams now comes down to what you put inside them, which is where I work.
What I do
Eight years of ML and LLM systems in production, five of them at Amazon on European pricing. Then Tech Lead of the Core AI team at Akeneo, a B2B SaaS, where the inference platform I architected served every product team and more than 900 enterprise retailers, at 30 million product attributes generated every month and 99.999% uptime.
That is where I got my team onto code agents as soon as they shipped, and where I shifted from the tool onto the harness itself, with CLAUDE.md files kept in the repo and reviewed like code. That part is what I sell.
Today I am full time on an enterprise AI mission at a CAC 40 company, under NDA, and I keep a few days a month for the formats below.
The NDA means I say nothing about the client, its sector, or its stack. The method I can describe in full, the artifacts I cannot, and I would rather say that before the call than during it.

€2,000 to €3,000 excl. VAT per day, billed by the day and never per head
One day on your own code and your real tickets, with your developers at the keyboard rather than me.
Office hours
€250 to €350 excl. VAT per hour, or €1,000 to €1,300 excl. VAT a month for four sessions
An hour with your leads on whatever is blocking right now, screen shared, end of day included.
