This site is a set of static HTML files. It sets no cookies, carries no trackers, no analytics, no third party scripts, and holds no forms. Nothing is collected from your visit, so nothing is stored, shared or sold, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One honest caveat: like any host, GitHub keeps server side technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. Those logs are not available to me and I make no use of them. Their handling falls under GitHub's own privacy statement.
If you write to the address above, your message lands in a Gmail inbox. It stays there for as long as the exchange lasts, and for as long as my accounting obligations require if you become a client. You can ask for it to be deleted at the same address.
