Three short formats, none of them asks you to open a transformation budget or to lock a team up for a week. The audit is the normal way in, it tells you where you stand before you decide what to do about it.
Prices in euros, excluding VAT. French clients pay 20% VAT on top. I am already full time on a mission, so I take no long engagements and no staff augmentation.
Agentic setup audit
€2,500 to €6,000 excl. VAT, fixed price, two to four days
I take your repo and I look at what actually happens in it when an agent works there. Most of the work is asynchronous, with two or three short interviews, so it does not tie up the team.
- The CLAUDE.md files, the skills, the hooks, the permissions, and who owns them
- What gets checked before a merge, and what review looks like when the PR comes from an agent
- Token cost, where it goes, and the spread between your developers on the same work
- What all of it changes, or does not change, in what you ship
At the end you have a written playbook, specific to your repo, with a 90-day plan and an hour to walk through it. The document stays with you and it is built to be run without me.
Workshop in your own repo
€2,000 to €3,000 excl. VAT per day, billed by the day and never per head
One day on site or remote, on your own code, with your real tickets. No sample project and no sandbox, what we write during the day is committed that evening.
- We take three or four tickets from the current sprint and push them through the agent together
- We write the repo’s CLAUDE.md during the session, and your developers write them, not me
- We wire up the hooks and the skills that are useful at your company, and throw out the ones that are not
- We look at what it costs, in tokens and in review time
The day is billed as a day, so with eight developers in the room it lands between €250 and €375 a head, and that price does not move if you put twelve in. Past fifteen or so it stops making sense, nobody is writing anything together any more and it turns back into a talk.
Office hours
€250 to €350 excl. VAT per hour, or €1,000 to €1,300 excl. VAT a month for four sessions
An hour with your leads, screen shared, on whatever is blocking right now: a CLAUDE.md that has doubled in size and that nobody reads any more, a hook that stops the whole team, a bill that climbs without anyone knowing where from, a PR written by an agent that nobody really dares to review. End of day slots work well for this.

The recurring format exists because the gain decays. DX published in May 2026 that among developers who had hit a productivity peak, two thirds report worse quarters afterwards, and Anthropic recommends revisiting the configuration every three to six months. I have no way to replicate those numbers, I cite them as public sources, but they match what I see.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
It works when the agents have been in the repo for a few months, the licenses are paid for, and nobody can say what changed in what you ship. That is where I have something to bring, and the audit is enough to show it.
Four situations where calling me is a waste of your money
- You have not put an agent in the repo yet. There is nothing to audit, take the workshop day, it costs less and it gets you further.
- You need an accredited training provider so the spend comes out of a training budget. I am not one, plenty of training companies are.
- You want to build agents into your product, RAG, an in-house multi-agent system. That is a different job, even if it is the one I do the rest of the time, and it is not what these three formats buy.
- You want a usage dashboard to show in a steering committee. The moment the number becomes the target it stops measuring anything, and what I read from the field says a token counter gets gamed inside a sprint. I would rather not sell you that.
Compared to a training course
Serious Claude Code courses already exist in France, the programs are solid and the people running them know the subject. On the public pages I went through in August 2026, OCTO Academy is around €1,910 excl. VAT a head for two days, Xebia Academy €1,795 excl. VAT for the two days, Zenika €1,050 a day, Les-Tilleuls €900 a participant for one day. I am looking at this from the outside, at what is published, and I am happy to be corrected.
The difference is not quality, it is nature. They teach, in their room, on their material, priced per head. I turn up in your repo, on your tickets, and what comes out of the day stays there. Across the forty or so French vendors whose catalogs my own agents went through in August, hooks and skills show up at two of them, and secret handling when it is an agent reading the repo shows up nowhere. A crawl proves presence badly and absence rather well, so if you already teach this and I missed you, tell me. From what I see, that is the part that gets expensive six months later.
None of the formats has a tool in its name, and that is deliberate. I work mostly with Claude Code, but what I maintain is the harness, and it carries over. Since the access restrictions of June 2026, the choice of model vendor is decided very high up at large French companies, it can change mid-year for reasons that have nothing to do with engineering, and what has been written into the repo has to survive that.
