Rot Push-Ups blocks the apps you choose and reopens them for a few minutes after push-ups counted by the camera.

Worth knowing
Rot does not count my push-ups. Lean the iPhone on the floor about 2 m away so your whole body is in view, in good light. Go all the way down and all the way up.
Can I get round the block? Yes: Screen Time can be turned off in Settings. To make it firm, ask someone you trust to set the Screen Time passcode for you.
Is the video recorded? No. Each frame is analysed on the iPhone to find the position of your body, then dropped. Nothing is saved or sent.
